Early Access to
Innovation
To gain access to valuable technologies originally developed
outside the energy industry, we make direct and venture capital
investments outside the energy space.
Since its inception in 1999, this effort has targeted companies
whose innovations could benefit Chevron’s core business
while at the same time providing superior financial returns. The
technologies and products of these companies should be applicable
across multiple markets yet adaptable for use within the energy
industry.
